| Tin coating on wire is carried by a system show in Fig. 8. Wire is carried into |
| melted Tin tank and extruded through guide die. In this operation the guide die |
| squeezes in melted Tin and fix them firmly on wire. Among various material tested |
| as guide diamond performed best since it produce smooth surface of tin coating, |
| and minimize the trouble that tin chips tend to stick onto the guide. |
| |
| Asahi guide is specially designed for its wire entrance form and case material, |
| taking a consideration into the above, and customers can select case material |
| either stainless steel or titanium alloy. Please see table 3 for available sizes. |

| Nipple ( For Vinyl Coating Wire ) |
———————————————————————————————————————————— |
 |
Vinyl coating on wire is carried by a method show in Fig.10. |
| For this particular operation tungsten carbide nipple has been widely used, |
| however it has short lifespan. |
| |
| Diamond solved this problem, and Fig. 11 shows typical design of diamond nipple, |
| |
but dimension and shape may vary according to shape and size of vinyl extruding |
| |
box. It is specially requested to place an order togerther. |
