1.  Die setting
Be sure to set the dies into the die-holder correctly and to have the wire going straight into the dies,
    otherwise they would wear unsymetrically

2. Lubricant
Lubricant greatly affects the working efficiency, the finished surface of the wire as well as dies.
the service life of In many cases inadequate lubrication causes damage to theubricant to be clean.
Inadequate lubrication can cause damage to the die and shorten its lifespan.

3.  Avoid rough handling
Do not hit the dies directly or strike them against hard object.

4.  Repolishing in the early stages of die deterioration
Repolishing dies before any Severe damage or much wear is visible extends their service life.
Generally speaking, when the surface of the drawn wires appears rough, a careful observation is
required to repolish dies at the proper time. Excess usage of die must be avoided as its surface
may be roughened and will break.
